I've lain off the Prosecco lately, usually preferring several different American sparkling wines as of late.  But since I only needed wine for a few days, I thought that I would throw this one in.

This wine isn't sweet, which is wonderful and not too dry, but it does have a little bite to it, akin to drinking rye beer.  You get a little bit of toast with just a little bit of lemon flavors to it.  The bubbles are fine, which shows good production, and the dosage (sugar content) of this makes it great for crackers and I would say also something like a nice tuna salad.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
